Can I change tiers or cancel?
Yes — change or cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. No contracts, no penalties. Your work products are always yours.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Monthly hours keep the model sustainable and the calendar honest. If a month gets heavy, add hours at the member rate.
Which languages are sessions in?
Every service is delivered in English or Spanish — your choice, same depth in both.
Is membership right for a nonprofit?
Yes. Nonprofits use the same tiers — advising covers governance, compliance, programs, and grant readiness.
What if I can’t afford any tier?
Apply for a scholarship. Approval depends on eligibility and available funding, and an award can cover part or all of the cost — with the same professionalism either way.
